What we collect
Resun Technology collects the contact, location, product, application and requirement information you submit through customer or channel-partner forms. The website also records the page and campaign information connected with the enquiry.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to your request, plan a consultation or site visit, prepare a quotation, review a partner application and maintain a business lead register.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by the business. A transactional email notification is sent to the Resun Technology business inbox. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers needed to operate these systems.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for business follow-up and recordkeeping. You may request correction or deletion by emailing Resunsatara@gmail.com. Resun Technology may retain information where required for legal or accounting obligations.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not enrol you in automated marketing. This release does not send automated WhatsApp or promotional campaigns.
